Ahava Audio sells digital products in the form of digital audio recordings and other related materials for use by musicians, sound designers, composers, music producers, web designers and film editors.
Once you purchase a product from our store you will have the opportunity to download said product. If any issues arise during the purchase phase please email us and we will help you out: email@example.com
Once you have purchased the product from our store THE SALE IS FINAL. Unfortunately, due to the products in this store being digital goods we cannot provide refunds for finalized sales. If there is a technical issue see the above paragraph. If you selected the wrong format please inform us and we will get you the correct format needed. You are purchasing a license to use the content in your creative media freely without paying royalties to the creator, therefore all sales are final. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
All content sold from www.ahavaaudio.com is Royalty Free. This means that whatever content you purchase from www.ahavaaudio.com is licensed to you for use in your Music, Songs, Media, TV, Film, Website or any other form of creative media. You are purchasing a license to use this content in the aforementioned media formats but you do not own the content, Ahava Audio owns the content. This prevents you from having to pay any Royalty or License fees to Ahava Audio while also preventing you from redistributing or reselling content from Ahava Audio without the consent or permission of Ahava Audio. Each product is watermarked and traceable. Your license does not allow you to upload or redistribute the content on any website or other server/host. The products from Ahava Audio are for personal use and each purchaser is allowed one license per product. If any of the above terms are breached Ahava Audio will use the full power of the law to prosecute the breacher and recover losses from the breach.
Fair Usage (What is and isn't allowed)
The purchaser is allowed to incorporate the content from each product in their own creative media (songs, tv scores, film scores, recordings, etc.). As mentioned above the license is Royalty free therefore the one time fee is sufficient to cover this usage. However, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, duplicate, or lease the content purchased from Ahava Audio. This includes web forums, file sharing websites, computer networks, and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their original format nor can they be used in a way that competes with the nature of the business of Ahava Audio described in the above section, "Who We Are." All images, logo's, text and content on www.ahavaaudio.com is either owned or licensed by Ahava Audio.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Ahava Audio will be held harmless against any losses, judgments, claims, legal fees or court costs that may arise as a breach of the terms and conditions found on this page. By using this website and purchasing the products you agree not to sue or recover any damages from Ahava Audio or any of it's affiliates as a result of its decision to terminate or suspend this agreement.
